Crew was founded by husband-and-wife duo Kristina and Parker Marvin, lifelong hospitality professionals and proud parents who traded their fast-paced NYC life for the charm of Summit, NJ. With roots in some of New York’s most iconic restaurants, bars, and hotels—like Daniel, Per Se, Attaboy, and Soho House—they’ve honed their skills and nurtured their dream of creating something special.

Three years, two kids, and countless ideas later, they’re thrilled to open their very first restaurant, Crew, on Main Street in Chatham.

The inspiration for Crew came from their love of breakfast outings on their days off. Parker had a habit of asking for an English muffin with his eggs, sparking Kristina’s vision for a scratch-made, artisan English muffin concept. Blending that idea with their passion for simplicity and quality, they’ve crafted a menu designed to bring something fresh and exciting to the local community.

At Crew, you’ll find unique, delicious, and convenient options for breakfast, lunch, and coffee, served in a space filled with warmth, good vibes, and friendly, personable service.
