Crew was founded by Kristina and Parker Marvin, lifelong hospitality professionals with roots in some of New York City’s most respected restaurants, bars, and hotels—including Daniel, Per Se, Attaboy, and Soho House. After years immersed in the city’s dining scene, they set out to create an elevated yet welcoming neighborhood destination grounded in quality, consistency, and genuine hospitality.

The inspiration for Crew came from their shared love of breakfast. A simple request for an English muffin with eggs sparked the vision for a scratch-made, artisan English muffin—crafted with intention and care. That idea became the foundation for a chef-driven menu focused on simplicity, thoughtful execution, and approachability.
